For every $1.00 spent at either the restaurant or for delivery/takeout, earn 1 point. To earn points for online orders, enter the last 4 digits of your Rewards Membership Card number in the box marked “Comments” on the Seamless Web check-out page. To earn Rewards Points for telephone orders, please give the order taker the last 4 digits of your Southwest NY Rewards Card number.

• For every 250 points earned, receive a $25.00 gift certificate to use on your NEXT visit.
• Points never expire.
• Points are based on the total bill excluding tax and gratuity.
• A maximum of 250 points may be earned per day.
• You may enroll online or by visiting the restaurant.

• The Rewards Program may be modified or discontinued at anytime without notice to the member.
• By enrolling in the Program, the member is automatically subscribed to our mailing list. We do not share our mailing list with any third-member parties and you may unsubscribe at any time.
